Psychotherapy and Counselling in Bristol
About
Psychotherapy offers you the opportunity to learn more about yourself in order to resolve the issues that may be holding you back.
My approach weaves traditional talking therapy with embodied and creative practises. This includes energy psychology, working with parts (through the lens of Internal Family Systems, IFS), dreamwork, archetypal exploration and shadow work. I combine various trainings in order to tailor the therapy to you as an individual.
I have a particular interest in working with people struggling with anxiety, co-dependent relationships and difficulties in manifesting their authentic selves.
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist & Counsellor. I completed my training in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).
My pronouns are she/her/hers.
I am LGBTQIA+ friendly.
